Community Guidelines

Pet Records Social is a home for breeders, owners and dog lovers. To keep it a good one, everyone agrees to a few ground rules. Breaking them can get a post removed or an account suspended.

Be a real person, fairly

• Use your real identity or your kennel's. No impersonation or fake accounts.
• One account per person or business. Don't evade suspensions with new accounts.

Animals come first

• No content that depicts or promotes animal cruelty, neglect, or unsafe practices.
• Breeders are expected to follow applicable laws and licensing for their area.
• Health and welfare misrepresentations (faked records, hidden conditions) are not allowed.

Honest dealing

• No scams, fake listings, deposit fraud, or bait-and-switch.
• Be accurate about pricing, availability, lineage and health testing.
• Move sensitive transactions to verified Pet Records tools where you're protected.

Keep it civil

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted pile-ons.
• No spam, mass-unsolicited messaging, or off-topic commercial flooding.
• No sexually explicit content or anything illegal.

How moderation works

Anyone can report a post, comment, or profile with the flag icon. Reports go to a human review queue. We act on what we can verify, we favor warnings before bans for honest mistakes, and we keep records of enforcement. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal through support.
